Terms Of Service

1. User account

• You are expected to keep your passwords safe and unknown to everyone but you.

• You may only have a single account from one IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in a permanent suspension..

• Any attempt to create multiple account (creating new account from different IP address for example) will result in a permanent suspension.

• Ojooo accounts are non transferrable. Any attempt to transfer your account to another person will end in suspension.

• Any account found using false details (like e-mail address) will be suspended and deleted permanently..

• None of the data kept in Ojooo will be shown, given or sold.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Ojooo.

2. Cheater Policy

• Any attempt to use automated software, multiple accounts, or any other method deemed cheating by Ojooo will end in account suspension.

• Any user who is found exploiting a bug or trying to hack the service will be suspended indefinitely.

• Any attempt to cheat will be noted. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. Accounts are verified before cashout.

3. Refferals

• You may refer as many people as your membership allows..

• Any refferal needs to have different IP address and different e-mail address.

• You are not allowed to: spam other people asking to join Ojooo, force anyone to join, giving wrong information about Ojooo to get a refferal.

• A referral may never edit his/her upline.

• The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.

4. Forum

• You may read the forums and use them as long as you follow the rules.

• You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to other members.

• You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.

• Prohibited behaviours: spamming, offering money exchange, posting nonsense post or messages, posting duplicate topics or topics with illegal content, sharing any personal details of other people (like e-mail address, website links etc.).

• You must respect all decisions made by the Admins and Moderators. Any attempt of accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Ojooo staff/moderators will lead to removal from forum or even with permanent account suspension.

5. Advertisements

• You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.

• We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers, contain referral sales and those that include gambling/betting, gambling content or are held by a gambling company. Also, any advertisement that uses Ojooo name for any unrelated services is not allowed.

• It is forbidden to add websites that advertise pyramid schemes, schemes with promises of big winnings, scam pages.

• Advertisements must not be viewed on mobile phones. Advertisements must only be clicked on using a mouse and not using any other methods. Doing so may lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

6. Payments to users

• You can request your payment after reaching a minimal payment amount described in Terms of Service.

• All payments will be made via FaucetPay, Payeer and Cryptocurrencies. No other method of payment is available at this time.

• The minimum amount paid is $5.00 for standard members, $4.00 for Premium members and $3.00 for Premium+ members. The minimum amount paid for Vip members is always $2.

• All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.

• The user covers the costs of the withdrawal, which amounts to a percentage of the amount drawn out.

• Ojooo is not responsible for incorrect payment data provided by user.

7. Payments to Ojooo - Media

• Any payment can be done only after registering an account.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Payments made to Ojooo do not need to be made from a verified payment processor account.

• Payout option is only available to means of payment from which the most of deposit transactions were performed.

• All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

8. Refund policy

• All payments sent to Ojooo are non-refundable.

9. Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend and delete any accounts which we deem to be cheating or exploiting Ojooo.

• All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

• All suspended accounts are archived. Suspended user won't be able to open an another account with the same e-mail address.

• After 30 days of inactivity, the user's account is temporarily suspended. 60 days of inactivity results in the loss of the right to restore the account.

10. Liability of Ojooo - Media

• Ojooo makes all the efforts to provide constant and reliable access to the Ojooo. Ojooo is not liable for damage caused due to external factors, including disasters, acts of war and the like.

• Ojooo reserves the right to make the following changes: Changes in offers, prices for advertising, the amount of bonuses, types of services, the number of advertisements.
